At Lot57 Diecast Cars | 1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
